Acceptance

By using DanXing or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

If DanXing is downloaded through the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is provided. These Terms supplement that agreement for DanXing-specific features and services.

What DanXing provides

DanXing provides alarm setup, local notifications, alarm sounds, snooze controls, wake missions, local wake-session records, morning reports, achievements, and DanXingMon progression.

DanXing is a third-party iOS app using public Apple APIs. It is not Apple’s Clock app and does not have the same system privileges.

Important reliability limits

DanXing is not guaranteed to wake you in every circumstance. iOS settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, Silent mode behavior, battery state, audio state, device volume, app termination, system updates, and force-quitting the app can affect alarm behavior.

Do not rely on DanXing as your only alarm for emergencies, medical needs, safety-critical duties, travel, legal deadlines, work obligations, school exams, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm or significant loss.

For important events, use backup alarms and the iOS Clock app.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring alarms, checking device volume, granting needed permissions, keeping your device charged, and testing the app on your own device before relying on it.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where legally permitted, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Accounts, payments, and subscriptions

The current product does not require an account and does not currently offer paid subscriptions through this website.

If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, the relevant App Store rules, disclosures, cancellation paths, and updated terms will apply.

Intellectual property

DanXing, 彈醒, Danjai, DanXingMon, the mascot, artwork, interface, copy, and related product materials are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from DanXing materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Third-party services

DanXing depends on Apple platform features such as notifications, audio playback, Live Activities, and App Store distribution. Those features are subject to Apple’s terms, platform behavior, and user settings.

Limited anonymous onboarding attribution and optional user-initiated feedback, problem reports, screenshots, and experience surveys use Supabase. That service is not part of the core alarm execution path.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or behave differently across iOS versions and devices.

No warranty

DanXing and this website are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanXing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including missed alarms, lost opportunities, lost income, business interruption, loss of data, or device issues arising from use of the app or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to make the updated terms available through the website or app.
